I am a United States-trained, board-certified Emergency Medicine physician, that works full-time in Virginia. I have noticed that many patients do not understand their bloodwork, x-rays, CTs, ultrasound results, or other medical studies. Although I do my best to explain each patient’s results with them individually when I evaluate them at my hospital, there are many individuals that I will never meet. It is my passion as a doctor to explain results in an understandable way to everyone, especially those with no medical background.
